At Bismillah Mobile Shop, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
* The product is damaged or defective.
* The wrong product was delivered.
* The product is unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and pictures/videos of the product.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process the refund or replacement as applicable.
